Common questions

How do I score a routine? Pick the gymnast, tap Upload, choose or film the routine video, and submit. The analysis takes a couple of minutes and appears in your history when it is ready.

Why is my score different from my judge's? RoutineCheck is a practice tool. It estimates a score from the video using the USAG rules for that level. It is meant to show you where the deductions are, not to replace a judge at a meet.

What video works best? Film the whole routine from one fixed position, in landscape, with the gymnast fully in frame from start to finish. Shaky, cropped or partial footage is the most common reason a routine cannot be scored.

What do I get for free? One routine analysis. After that, scoring needs a subscription.

How much is it? $5.99 a month or $49.99 a year, tax included.

How do I cancel? Apple and Google bill the subscription, so cancel there: iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

I paid but the app still says I am not subscribed. Open Settings → Manage subscription → Restore Purchases. If that does not fix it, email us with the email address on your account.

How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account. It erases your gymnasts, routines, scores and videos, and your login. It cannot be undone. Cancel your subscription in the app store separately.

Who can see my videos? Only you. They are stored privately against your account, are never public, and are used only to produce your score. See the Privacy Policy.
