RoutineCheck Privacy Policy

RoutineCheck scores gymnastics routines from video you upload. This policy says what we collect, why, who else touches it, and how to get rid of it.
Who we are
RoutineCheck is operated by Shon Zimakov, an individual based in Israel.

What we collect
Your account. Your email address, and your name if you give one. Sign-in is handled by Clerk; we never see or store your password.
Your gymnasts. The names, competition levels and profile photos you enter.
Your routines. The videos you upload, the scores and deduction breakdowns we produce from them, and any judge score you type in for comparison.
Your subscription. Whether you have an active subscription, which plan, and when the period ends. Payment itself happens in the App Store or Google Play, so we never receive your card details.
Basic technical data. Server logs of requests to our API, kept for troubleshooting.
We do not collect location, contacts, advertising identifiers or health data. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.
Videos of children
Gymnasts in these videos are often minors. Accounts are for adults: a parent, guardian or coach. By uploading a video you confirm you are an adult and that you have the right to upload footage of the gymnast in it.
The videos are used for one thing: producing that routine's score and deduction breakdown for you. They are stored privately against your account, are not public, are not shown to other users, and are not used for advertising.
Your video is sent to Google's Gemini API to run the analysis. RoutineCheck's Gemini access is billed on Google's paid tier, and under Google's terms for that tier, your video is not used to train or improve Google's models and is not reviewed by a person.
Why we use it
- To run the app: your roster, your history, your scores.
- To analyze a routine you submit.
- To know whether you are entitled to analyze (free analysis, or a subscription).
- To fix problems and keep the service running.
Who else processes it
We use a small set of providers, each doing one job:

We do not share your data with anyone else, and nobody buys it from us.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete it.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings → Delete account. That erases your gymnasts, routines, scores and uploaded videos, and deletes your login. It cannot be undone.
Cancelling a subscription is separate and happens in your App Store or Google Play account, because that is who bills you.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to shonzi2024@gmail.com. We reply within 2 business days and complete the request within 30 days. Deleting the account in the app does the same thing immediately.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Every request to our API is authenticated, and account data is scoped so one account can never read another's.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant we will tell you in the app.
